The Iditarod Historic Trail Alliance and the Seward Community Library Association have granted the Seward Community Library & Museum permission to show their movies, Iditarod National Historic Trail: A History and Waves Over Seward. Each movie lasts 25 minutes and will be shown one after the other, daily at 2pm, Monday-Saturday, May 13-September 16 with a special showing on October 2. Shows in upstairs Meeting Room on occasion.
The Resurrection Bay Historical Society (RBHS) will also be showing these movies on Summer Sunday’s when they open the museum 1-5pm.

In a 45-minute talk about his book, Kiyonuk – An Arctic Alaska Boyhood, Mazen will discuss his two-year journey to know more about his family and himself, including ties to Seward History and life in various parts of Alaska. Guests will have the opportunity to ask questions and purchase a signed copy of Kiyonuk.
